"Smooth Checkout Overall"
Ordering from runningxpert.com was smooth. I found my size, added it to the cart, and paid without any weird issues popping up, which I REALLY appreciate. The only thing I’d change is that the delivery info could be a little clearer before you actually pay. Other than that, it was a good checkout experience for me, 4 stars.

I tried using a promo code from runningxpert.com at checkout and, of course, it absolutely did not work. This has happened to me before too, so I’m convinced the codes just aren’t very dependable. The site itself is fine, but if you’re counting on the discount working, I would not bet on it.

That was frustrating, because I’d trusted the advice on the site and then ended up having to deal with the hassle of returning them. The website itself is fine, but after this I don’t really feel as confident relying on their sizing help again.

I ordered a pair of running shoes from runningxpert.com the whole thing went smoothly. I know some people get nervous with online orders, but I got emails when the order was packed, shipped, and moving through the carrier, so it’s not like I was left wondering what was going on.

The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 is because the tracking link was a bit slow to update one day, but to be fair, the parcel still showed up when it was supposed to. Overall, I had a good experience and I’d order from them again...

But they got back to me in maybe a couple of hours and sorted everything out without making it complicated. The reply actually sounded like a real person, not some canned response. Overall, really easy experience and it definitely makes me feel good about buying from them again.

I’d been hunting for this pair of running shoes and they seemed to be sold out pretty much everywhere, so when I saw runningxpert still had my size, I wondered if I was being too optimistic. But the ordering process was simple, the stock info turned out to be accurate, and I got the confirmation really quickly. Maybe I was overthinking it, because everything went smoothly. I’m happy with the experience and would definitely check here again next time

I got my running shoes from runningxpert a few weeks ago, and they’ve been great. The quality feels really solid, they’re still super comfy, and they basically still look almost new. I feel like running shoes are usually either uncomfortable right away or fall apart fast, but these have been holding up really well. Happy with the purchase overall.

"So Many Options I Almost Lost My Mind"
There’s a ton to choose from, which was great but also kind of overwhelming in the best way. I was ready to buy like five things, and then of course some of the sizes were missing, which felt like a personal tragedy at the time. Still, I found some good stuff and would definitely check back again.
